This week a group of year six children were selected to attend a service in St. Paul’s cathedral that honoured our city’s school children and educators. We were invited to this special event so that we could celebrate our students’ academic achievements, listen to stories that had moral lessons and we were entertained by a variety of musicians who sang hymns and played an ensemble of instruments. St. Paul’s Cathedral is one of the world’s most iconic churches and tourist attractions. Our students were thankful for being part of this event because it was a fun and jubilant experience.
