Year 3 this week learnt all about the River Nile and where it is in the world, aswell as learning facts such as: The River Nile is the longest river in the world and is the only river that flows from South to North. They learnt about how Egypt is known as the Gift of the Nile and how the Nile is used for many things such as agriculture, trade and transportation. They then worked on creating some River Nile posters which turned out beautifully.
