This week, year six looked at some of the traits that they inherited from their parents and other descendants such as their grandparents and great grandparents. We learned why certain traits are passed down from generation to generation and discussed some of the features that we shared within our family tree.
It was a very enjoyable experience investigating and comparing our classmates’ ancestors and we had a lot of fun trying to match pictures of our teachers to their parents.
