This week  was filled with fun and exciting activities. We’ve had a visit from a pharmacist who explained their role and how they help people. We got to see and hold different equipment pharmacists use in their daily jobs. Our role play area outside was an ice cream parlour, where we could ‘buy’ ice cream using fake money. The most exciting news, though, was the hatching of the chicks. Out of 10 eggs we received from the farm, 9 hatched, 2 boys and 7 girls. We found out that the pale fluffy chicks were boys and the dark ones were girls. It was lovely to be able to hold them as we stroke them using gentle hands.
