On Wednesday Reception travelled to the Natural History Museum to go and see the dinosaurs! We had to travel to Kings Cross St Pancras Station and then catch the Piccadilly line to South Kensington. This was the first time some of our children had used the tube and they were a little bit scared! However, the children showed great resilience when boarding, travelling and alighting from the trains.

When we arrived at the museum we explored some of the galleries and had lunch. Then it was time for the dinosaurs! The children loved exploring the dinosaur exhibit and seeing the animatronic T-Rex! We also saw some dinosaur eggs and some velocirators too. It was an engaging, interesting exhibit that I recommend you all visit again with your children.

As always the children’s behaviour was excellent. I am so proud of every one of them. We are truly blessed to have such a wonderful class.
