This term in PSHE, we have been learning about keeping ourselves healthy – not just physically but mentally as well. We looked at the benefits of being out in nature and how that can help our mental health. We learnt that it can calm us down, help us feel grounded and also reduce anxiety. We then decided to go out into our school garden to have our own mental health walk. When we came back inside, we wrote about how we felt.
