Year 4 have been making fantastic progress in music this term as they continue to develop their recorder skills. The children have worked hard to improve their note reading, rhythm and breathing techniques, showing great enthusiasm during every lesson. Over the past few weeks, we have been learning new notes and practising simple melodies with increasing confidence. It has been wonderful to hear how much clearer and more controlled their playing has become. The class have also enjoyed performing together, learning the importance of listening carefully and keeping in time as part of an ensemble.
