During the week leading up to Easter, our nursery class had a lot of fun learning about the holiday and participating in Easter-themed activities. We started the week by talking about the story of Easter and why it is celebrated. We also learned about some of the traditions associated with Easter, such as Easter eggs and the Easter bunny. The children were particularly excited to make their own Easter cards, using paint, glue, glitter, and lots of colourful paper and stickers. We also had an Easter egg hunt, where the children searched for eggs hidden around the classroom. Overall, it was a great week filled with learning, creativity, and lots of Easter fun!
