This week, we began cutting and joining our puppets. We cut the materials using a template and then made holes in order to join the materials together. We explored two different ways to join the materials together, a ‘running stitch’ and, a ‘whip stitch’. We practiced our stitching and developed our own designs, combining the two stitches together.
