We have been doing lots of great learning in Science over the last few weeks. Our topic of learning at the moment is Space and so far, we have learnt the order of the planets in the Solar System, the distance they are from the Sun, the idea of the heliocentric model (the earth orbiting the Sun) and this week, we focused on looking at the difference sizes of the planets, in relation to one another. We used paper mache to mould the planets to the correct proportions and then painted them to show which planet is which.
