This week we had an exciting and thrilling Ancient Greek emersion day. We were able to dress as Ancient Greeks and created some amazing memories. First, we played an Ancient Greek board game and answered lots of questions about the Gods and Goddesses. Next, we had our very own Olympic games, being assigned either Athens or Sparta as our city states. We took part in an opening ceremony, where we offered a sacrifice to Zeus. After the games, full of fun events such as tongue twisters, we learnt about how to use Ancient Greek alphabet. Later on, we learnt the story of the Trojan horse. We then ate some delicious food such as olives, flat bread, hummus and tsatziki. What an amazing day we had.
