This week, Year 3 were paid a visit by a wonderful team who explained equity, diversity, and inclusion. They shared their thoughts and ideas during the discussion and also looked at some real life examples of famous people who have been successful despite having faced inequality due to the colour of their skin, their race, or their gender. They even took part in some role play at the end of the session, where they acted out what positive behaviour they should display in situations where inequality is occurring!
