This week we reflected on a wonderful science experiment we conducted before the holiday. In this experiment, we focused on prediction and drew a diagram to help prove our hypothesis. We observed the food colouring move up the stem of the celery and this helped us understand water transportation in plants and how water can move upwards in a process called transpiration in plants.
