As part of our new Geography Topic, we will be comparing the UK with a country in Asia. Today we learnt all about the Physical and Human Geography of the United Kingdom. We looked at where the UK is located in the world, talked about how 4 different countries make up the UK and learnt the difference between rural and urban areas. We looked at he many rivers in the UK and where they are located. We also looked at the Human Geography of the UK as well as the demographics. At the end of the lesson we did our own class census and then looked at how the demographics of our class differ from the rest of the country.
