This week year 3 have been learning all about Poetry. Through discussing and analysing a poem the children were able to begin creating their own poem telling the class who they were, using personification, metaphors and similes.
In R.E. we discover the meal of Passover and we’re able to enjoy tasting ingredients, such as horseradish, parsley, boiled eggs and matzah.
In Science, we began experimenting how water travels through plants. To do this we added food colouring to water and added celery and spring onions into the water. By adding food colouring, we could see how the vegetables would physically change colour.
