This week in maths the children have been learning about different shapes with straight sides. We have been talking about how we can tell the difference between different shapes and the children have been sorting shapes into groups. We had a shape hunt today and the children were fantastic at spotting shapes in our classroom. They decided that rectangles were the most common shape as they were just everywhere!
