This week in Year 4 maths, we’ve been building our problem-solving skills through games. The children worked together to tackle challenges, explain their thinking, and try out different strategies. We had to use clues to find out which number each shape represented, using the four operations to work out the totals of each column and row as well as finding the missing shapes. The games encouraged lots of discussion, perseverance, and smiles, showing that maths can be both challenging and fun!
