This week, we have been learning all about halving!
We discovered that to halve something, it must be split into two equal parts.
Working together, we made our very own pizzas and then carefully cut them in half! As pairs, we followed instructions and decided whether our pizzas had been shared equally.
Maths is so much fun when it’s hands-on!
Next week, we will be exploring how to find quarters of objects and numbers.
