Year 1 and Year 2 had a wonderful trip to Waterloo to see Paddington Bear! The children were so well behaved throughout the day, showing great respect and appreciation. On our journey, we spotted some of London’s most famous landmarks, including Big Ben and the London Eye. This gave the children the chance to learn more about the history of our capital city and recognise places they had seen in books and on film.
The highlight of the day was the imaginative Paddington experience, where we travelled through the jungle and finished at the marmalade festival! The children loved stepping into Paddington’s world, which encouraged them to use their imaginations and think creatively about storytelling. It was a fantastic day out, full of fun, learning, and adventure.
A huge thank you to everyone who helped on the trip, and to all the parents for their support in making the day so special.🐾
