This week year three were learning about warm and cold colours. We discussed why our choice of colours can have a huge influence on how a piece or art looks and feels and the emotions that these colours can provoke. We have completed our backgrounds that will be used to create a series of pictures that will appear as photos. I was most impressed with the children’s brush strokes and understanding of how certain colours can be associated with feelings such as anger, sadness, excitement and happiness.
