Today we had the exciting experience of a real life Scientist from the Francis Crick institute coming to our classroom and carrying out lots of activities with us. He taught us that scientists are not only the people in white lab coats,  but that anyone can be a scientist if they are inquistive. We partook in an experiment, where we tested the hypothesis, ‘Does a longer femur mean that you can jump further?’

We were then given some bags that had artefacts in them. We had to try to figure out what the objects were without opening the bags. We then linked the items to different occupations that worked with bones.
