Year 4 had an exciting trip to the London Mithraeum. It was amazing to see the real ruins of a Roman temple hidden underneath the busy streets of London.
We also took part in an archaeology workshop where we became archaeologists for the day. We explored clues from the past by looking at real artefacts, and we were even allowed to touch them carefully. We worked together to discover what the objects could tell us about Roman life.
We all had a fantastic time and learned lots about London’s Roman history!
