Year 4 had a fantastic trip to the zoo this week, where the children explored a wide range of animals and learned all about their different habitats. From the hot, dry deserts to lush rainforests, pupils were able to see how animals are perfectly adapted to their environments.
The children were especially excited to observe animals such as lions, monkeys, and penguins, and they asked thoughtful questions about how these creatures live, what they eat, and how they survive in the wild. It was wonderful to see their classroom learning come to life in such an engaging way.
We were very lucky to have beautiful weather, which made the day even more enjoyable. The children’s behaviour was excellent throughout, and they represented the school brilliantly.
