This week, we revised our circuits and looked over the data that we collected over the past few weeks. As a class, we observed that an increase of voltage resulted in an increase in the decibel levels of our buzzers. After reviewing these results, we looked at the independent and dependent variables within our experiments and identified possible flaws in our tests. Our conclusion: In order to create a buzzer that can produce a sound greater than 68.5 decibels, our circuits must be powered by a cell greater than 1.5 volts.
