This week Year 5 had an exciting visit to the Camden Learning Centre, where we learnt how to build and program robots. First, Gillian, who was teaching us, gave us a challenge to follow instructions and build the robots out of Lego. It was quite hard because some of the pieces were really small. After we had built them, we then had to use code to make our robots move around and change direction. It was challenging because our robots had two motors, one for each wheel. At the end of the session we played a game called ‘Robot Wars. It was so much fun!
