This week in maths, we have been learning all about 2D and 3D shapes. We learnt about how 3D shapes have vertex, edges and faces. We then launched an investigation where we had to build 3D shapes using matchsticks and playdough to help us understand how many vertex, edges and faces each 3D shape had.
