Our topic this term is ” Heroes and Heroines ”, therefore we will be reading lots of stories about it. This week we have been reading “ Supertato” and the children enjoyed using different resources to create their artwork. We made our own Supertato by decorating potatoes with tape, goggly eyes and capes made out of felt. We also designed our own masks using glue and shiny paper. Some of us used tweezers to try and release the evil pea from jelly. We look forward to next week to learn about special powers of other superheroes.
