Welcome back year 4! We’ve had a wonderful start to the year, with everyone settling in really well into their new class. Whilst spending some time getting to know each other, we have written acrostic poems in literacy.
We have done some mindfulness practice, creating mindfulness jars to store in our trays, to reach to when we want to regulate our moods in times of need.
We’ve had fun coming up with some creative ideas, developing a story around a series of photos, using descriptive devices to make our compositions as engaging for the reader as we can.
We had a sneak peak into the world of the Victorians, our new topic for this term.
Our class have proven their mathematical prowess in our daily times table challenges which show that everyone has been making progress! Keep it up!
