This week, we have been working exceptionally hard on our times tables. Hopefully by Monday, we will still remember our 6 times tables.
In Maths this week, we have been comparing and ordering numbers in both ascending and descending order as well as counting up in 50’s. This also taught us our 50 times table.
In English, we focused on writing a biography for Gregory, the titular character in our class read “Gregory Cool.” We focused on Gregory’s final three weeks in Tobago and the adventures he got up to with his cousin Lennox.
In Topic, we started to look at the layers of the rainforest and over the coming weeks, we will explore what kinds of animals and plants live between the layers.
In PE this week, the class started dance classes and will continue this to the theme of the rainforest.
