Stretching in P.E

This week in P.E, we learnt about the importance of warmups and stretches. We started in groups and made our own warmups. We didn’t get to perform them but we were out of breath and worked really hard. The reason we were learning about this is because it was to keep our hearts pumping and stretching is important to get energetic and get the job done. We did side stepping, skipping, running and jogging using the whole space of the hall. We did these exercises for several minutes each and WE ENJOYED IT … but we were out of breath.  By Robel, Riyad and Ayman
