Reception had a great trip to the London Transport Museum. We started off looking at some of the oldest types of transport that were used in London. We were able to get on a replica of the first London bus and we were excited to see it went to Somerset Town! We discussed how the older forms of transport were pulled by horses as they had no engines. The children compared this to the more modern buses we were able to get on in the museum. We also looked at how trains have changed over time. We had a great visit and we can’t wait for our next trip!
