This week in Nursery we did lots of activities about the Chinese New Year. We watched a video on how it’s celebrated in the Chinese community in the UK, from traditions to food, drink and costumes. In our role play area we had a Chinese restaurant and today we cooked some Chinese vegetable stir fry noodles. We also made lanterns, pink and gold fans and a dragon using our handprints.
