Reception have had a great start to the year. The children have come back to school enthusiastic and ready to learn, which is what we like to see! We have begun our “Where do we Live” topic and the children have been talking about their homes and who they live with. They have created some lovely drawings of their families. We have discussed our class rules and what green behaviour looks like. It was great to hear all the sensible suggestions from the children. In maths the children have been learning to subitise to 3 and we have been so impressed with the children’s independent learning in this area.
