First, let me say a big thank you to all the parents who came this week to spoke about their child’s progress.
We have had a big week this week for Science, due to strike action and World Book Day, we have missed a lot of science lessons, so we had a big focus this week. We learnt how fossils and soil are formed as well as experimenting with different rocks to check their permeability and their density.
In Maths, we focused on Fractions and how to use bar models and number lines to to show the scale of the fraction compared to others.
In English, we began writing a newspaper report based on the events of ‘the Iron Man’.
