Today, the Year 1 children have been working hard to group various objects from the classroom. We thought about the importance of grouping, when and how to group in the most efficient way.
The use of everyday objects helped the children to make a meaningful connection to the real world and therefore deepened their grouping skills. The children quickly identified the importance of grouping, inside and outside of school.
